At Stony Tackle Shack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

45-Day Return Period

You may return items for a full refund within 45 days of purchase, provided that:

• Items are in original condition and packaging
• Items are unused and undamaged
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Store Credit Period (Days 46-90)

After the initial 45-day period, returns may still be accepted for store credit only for an additional 45 days (up to 90 days total from purchase date), subject to the same conditions above.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Follow the return shipping instructions provided

Exclusions

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable unless defective.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Store credit will be issued as a gift card code.
